To be tethered to a device seems torturous doesn’t it? Yet we tend to do just that with our mobile devices – myself included! But, every now & then, to disconnect from social media, Amazon shopping, YouTube watching, Spotify listening & gaming apps (to mention a few!) seems healthy. Go ‘Off Line‘ for a moment, an hour, or *GASP a day! Enjoy time visiting some of natures own apps: hiking, camping, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, biking & sightseeing (to mention a few!) Now that wouldn’t be so bad would it?
